Ramesh Hathiramani is the pioneer Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dana Airlines Limited since 2006. He has an extensive background in international business with roots firmly planted in Nigeria. Born here, he is the third generation of his family with ties to West Africa.

Jacky Hathiramani
Group Managing Director/CEO
Jacky Hathiramani, the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Dana Airlines and now the Group Managing Director/CEO of Dana Group of Companies, is a Nigerian born in Jos, Plateau state. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the European Business School of London, and sits on the board of several blue chip companies and PLCs.

Group Deputy Managing Director
Gautam Hathiramani is the Deputy Managing Director of Dana Group of Companies. He is a Nigerian, born in Jos, Plateau State, and holds a degree in Business Administration with Italian Language from the European Business School, London. Gautam joined the Board of Directors of the Dana Air in November, 2006.

Francis Ogboro was appointed to the Board of Directors of Dana Airlines Limited as a Non - Executive Director on 27thSeptember, 2012. He is a well-established and successful businessman with investment in the Oil & Gas industry, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, Leisure, Trading and FMCG among others. He is also a Non - Executive Director of Dana Group of Companies Plc.
Adedolapo Atekoja
Non-Executive Board of Director
Adedolapo Atekoja is a Non-Executive Director of Dana Airlines Limited. He joined the Board of Directors of the Company on 27th March, 2007. He had an extensive experience in banking. His areas of expertise span business and financial strategy, design and implementation. He was the former Managing Director of Equitorial Trust Bank Limited and has over twenty years' experience in the Nigerian banking sector.
